- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The first appointment for a quote, the representative turned up 50 minutes late, so we had to reappoint. He was very apologetic and promised us faithfully that he would come on Saturday 2pm without fail, - still waiting - not even a phone call to explain. Wasted an afternoon waiting for a company that obviously doesn’t care for good customer relations. Would definitely NOT recommend, on the whole if they can’t show for an appointment, what does this say for the company. Only 1 star rating because I can’t go lower.By colinsmith, July 08, 2020
