    Aggressive and intimidating owner. Avoid if possible. New to motorcycles, took on a project requiring numerous bits and bobs. Owner was, rude, unhelpful, intimidating and became aggressive. He actually knocked my hat off of my head, when I told him he shouldnt talk to people the way he did..

    The first appointment for a quote, the representative turned up 50 minutes late, so we had to reappoint. He was very apologetic and promised us faithfully that he would come on Saturday 2pm without fail, - still waiting - not even a phone call to explain. Wasted an afternoon waiting for a company that obviously doesn’t care for good customer relations. Would definitely NOT recommend, on the whole if they can’t show for an appointment, what does this say for the company. Only 1 star rating because I can’t go lower.

    I am on-line checking for pet carrier prices and decided to google my local pet shop as well as the pet chain stores and came upon this website. I simply wish to say that everytime I drop into "Bark & Bite" with questions about my tropical tank, rabbits or cat, I find the staff always helpful and informative. It feels like they genuinely know and care for animals. I find the products reasonably priced and it is a bonus to have my rabbits wood shavings in a bag which has not been vacuum packed and is therefore easy to get into. Again, the hay is reasonably priced and good quality. Roger, my more fussy rabbit, likes most of the made up bunny food in store. (Feel free to edit or use part and if you wish me to add I am happy to do so as you are really so helpful when I call in) cheers
